Back reads: "Effie COOPER and Percy"
Based on location, time period, available records and facial comparison of Effie with John Titus COOPER, I believe this is a photo of Effie TITUS COOPER and her second son Thomas Percy COOPER. More research is needed, however.
Using the names, approximate date, and photographer location, I was able to determine that this is a photo of John Frederick and Ida SMITH BERGER and their three oldest children - Elmer BERGER, Ethel Rae BERGER, and Icalene BERGER.

This is Harold BARNES. He died at just 8 months old.
S. L. BARNES refers to his father Silas Lafayette BARNES with whom this photo, and that of his brother Roscoe BARNES were found.

The back reads: "From aunt Mary COBURN to Viola and William."
Perhaps in time that will be enough to find out who is in this special 4 generation photo.
Using the information on the back of the photo and the place it was taken I was able to deduce that this is Eleanor "Nell" THOMPSON BLENDINGER. Daughter of Patrick Michael THOMPSON and Bridget ROLAND of Ireland.
Back reads: "Ruth MIDGELY and Kenneth. Ruth Midgely and Kenneth. Taken about 1 hr after he got out of bed from appendectomy. July 1939."
Using the clues written on the back of this photo it's been determined that this is the ROLLISON/CARPENTER/DONLEY family who lived at 512 Holmes Avenue in Lima Ohio in 1900.
