seek to digitally preserve historical photos for others that might be looking for them. When possible I reunite the original copies with descendants, free of charge. Here are more photos in my ever growing collection.

If any of these are your ancestors please contact me.

'Arlie at 4 months, Sep. 1903'

Phebe J DUNN, age 19, Weight 513

I decided to give this one a digital fix up:

Phebe went on tour with Barnum & Bailey. She signed each of her photos with her name, age, and weight as seen below. You can read a little more about her at the Algonquin's Circus History webpage. She died at the age of 25.

'Your Sincere Friend W.F. Noyes'
I believe this is William Franklin NOYES Jr. who was born 9 March 1851 and married Elizabeth Smith. They had a son Harry who was a baseball player in Connecticut for several years.

'J.W. HIGGINS, friends of Papa's'
No other identifying information. Her tiny top knot is very 1890's so I would date this to that era.

'Olive Parker. Uncle Will's girl'
This was taken by Kennell-Ellis Studios. They had a studio at Eugene Oregon at one point

'Mrs. Willis Helm 1891'
This is believed to be Ellen LANE HELM, wife of Willis Sparks HELM

This may be a photo of Ellen LANE HELM as a young adult or it may be her mother.
Undetermined as yet.
