This photo was taken by Richard Baxter Himes who moved to Sandpoint Idaho sometimes between 1900 and 1910. The first mention I can find of him in a Sandpoint City Directory is in 1910. He was a practicing photographer until his death in 1931. I don't know who this young woman is but this appears to be a graduation photo of some sort.
This photo was also taken by R. B. HIMES in Sandpoint Idaho. The younger girl with the lace up boots looks very much like a young version of the woman in the graduation photo just above.
