I would date this to 1898-99. Picked up at an estate sale In Texas. I believe this is

Joseph William Fletcher BOGAR, his wife Harriet FLOYD and their two oldest boys, William Fletcher BOGAR (b. 1894) and Eugene Harvey BOGAR (b. 1896). Please note that without other photos to compare with I cannot be positive though.
