The beautiful cover of this little booklet caught my eye at an antique store the other day. I didn't realize until I brought it home though, that it could fold out accordion style! On one side are business advertisements. On the other is a long, beautifully illustrated panorama. 

The Canstatter Volksfest was a German-American club founded in 1873 for the purpose of celebrating traditions from their homeland. This festival is still held today! You can learn more about it on the Canstatter.org website. Get ready for lots of photos with English translation.
