This is either Clarissa "Clancy" GARDNER or Emily WATKINS
It is identified as "Aunt Clancy WATKINS"
However, Clarissa "Clancy" Cox married Marquis De La Fayette Gardner.
Her sister Emily Cox married Thomas WATKINS. So it is not known which sister this is.
