Last year I was asked to help put together a Family Discovery Day. It was really successful and useful. But this year we opted for a Family Discovery Week, formatted along the lines of the Light the World initiative put on each year by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Working with a fellow church member, we designed a week long calendar; one for children and one for adults with family history themed activities each day. Feel free to join us this week in discovering more about your family.
